The Ultra Mix plus applies 1 to 10 % moisture with the support of an accelerator component into the base component. The result is a significantly shorter curing time. This creates a basis for shortening the cycle time with the possibility of unit cost degression as well as an increase in production output.
At the push of a button, the feed of the accelerator component can be stopped directly at the gun, thereby initiating the purging process.
The perfect complement for the Ultra mix plus are, depending on the material, the Visco Star plus systems or the Ecostar evoplus.
